Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Inc. (EMMI) is a well-established EASA Motor Repair facility based in Bradenton, FL, specializing in motors up to 1500HP AC/DC and 4160 volts. Our facility features a 10-ton combined capacity traveling bridge crane to handle heavy equipment efficiently throughout the shop. In addition to motor repairs, EMMI rebuilds various rotating equipment, including pumps, blowers, and gearboxes.

We enhance our in-house services with comprehensive field capabilities. Our experienced field crews offer turnkey push/pull services for all rotating equipment, along with laser alignment, field balancing, and vibration/thermography analysis. Our field service technicians are CCO (Certified Crane Operators) for all all swing and cab required lifts.

Our History

EMMI evolved from a motor and pump repair company with a strong 40-year history on Florida's west coast and is now an affiliated company of U.S. Water Services Corporation.

As an EASA Motor and Pump Repair company, EMMI will continue to excel in lift station maintenance and services for our customers. With four decades of experience in repairs and new products, we are committed to expanding our capabilities through new shop infrastructure and field equipment to meet growing demands.
